Latham & Watkins Advises on ParkOhio’s US$350 Million Senior Secured Notes Offering
Park-Ohio Industries, Inc., a subsidiary of Park-Ohio Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: PKOH), has announced that it has priced its offering of US$350 million aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes due 2030 in a private offering that is exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933. The company expects to close the offering of the notes on July 31, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
