Latham & Watkins Advises on MAHLE’s Private Placement

Capital markets/corporate finance teams represent placement agents and institutional investors in connection with privately placed issuance.
Latham & Watkins LLP has advised the placement agents on the issuance of MAHLE GmbH’s €300 million 7.125% senior secured notes due 2031. A separate Latham & Watkins team represented institutional investors on the private placement.
The Latham team advising the placement agents was led by Frankfurt capital markets/corporate finance partner Jan Penselin, with associate Tobias Müller. The Latham team advising the institutional investors was led by Frankfurt capital markets/corporate finance partner Alexander Lentz, with associates Peter Neuböck and Laura Neumann.
