Latham Advises TUI Cruises on €350 Million Bond

German capital markets team represents German cruise operator in issuance of senior notes.

Latham & Watkins has advised TUI Cruises GmbH (TUI Cruises), a leading German cruise operator, on the issuance of €350 million aggregate principal amount of 6.25% senior notes due 2029.
