On September 1, 2023, private equity firm Thomas H. Lee Partners (THL) closed its acquisition of a majority stake in Standish Management.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented the lenders and lead arrangers in a financing to support the transaction with a team led by partners Stelios Saffos, Alfred Xue, Abhay Lele, and Andrew Blumenthal, with associates Yekaterina Fomitcheva, Claire Solimine, and Eric Dang. Advice was also provided on tax matters by partner Jocelyn Noll, with associate Michael Yu; and on uniform commercial code matters by partner Brian Rock.
