Latham Advises SPIE on Acquisition of Majority Stake in BridgingIT

Latham & Watkins has advised SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the energy and communications sectors, on the acquisition of a 75.1 percent stake in BridgingIT GmbH (BridgingIT), a digital transformation consulting and services company. The current management team remains in place and will contribute to pursue the business development. The closing of the transaction is expected early in the fourth quarter of 2023 and subject to antitrust approval.
