    Dr. Ingo Strauss, partner in the Düsseldorf office of Latham & Watkins, draws on more than 20 years of experience advising clients on cross-border and domestic M&A and corporate law matters.

    Ingo advises German and international corporate and private equity clients on M&A transactions, including joint ventures, carve-outs, spinoffs, and other reorganizations as well as on sports investments. 

    Leading legal publications, including JUVE and Chambers, rank him as a leading M&A lawyer, describing him as one of the most active transactional lawyers in Germany.

    Ingo is a member of the German Association for Corporate and Company Law (VGR) and of the curatorship of the Foundation Deutsche Sporthilfe, an organization supporting the German Olympic team.
