Ms. Zhu advises German and international financial institutions, sponsors, investors, and corporate borrowers on domestic and cross-border financings, including:

Ms. Zhu is a member of the Frankfurt Bar Association.

  • Bank consortium on the provision of a €1.8 billion KfW credit line for TUI
  • Bank consortium on the refinancing of the Borgers Group within its restructuring
