Jennifer Wong is a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice.

Ms. Wong represents public and private companies in a range of transactions, including:

  • General corporate governance matters

Ms. Wong advises clients across a variety of industries, including consumer products, telecommunications, hospitality, retail, and health care.

In addition to her corporate practice, Ms. Wong has been engaged in a variety of pro bono efforts, including matters related to advising not-for-profit organizations on formation, corporate governance, and related general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Wong was an associate at another leading international law firm.

    • Acquisition of FRHI Holdings Limited, owner of the Fairmont, Raffles, and Swissotel brands*
    • Acquisition of a majority stake in boutique hotel operator 21c Museum Hotels*
  • Alleghany Capital in its acquisition of a majority interest in Concord Hospitality, a third-party hotel management and development company*
  • ArcLight Capital Partners in its acquisition of a portfolio of fossil fuel generating assets from PSEG
  • Ascena Retail Group in multiple transactions, including its:
    • Acquisition of Ann Inc.*
    • Sale of a majority stake in its subsidiary, Maurices Incorporated*
  • Church & Dwight in multiple transactions, including its:
    • Acquisition of the Flawless and Finishing Touch brands*
    • Acquisition of Water Pik Inc.*
  • Henry Schein in the spin off and merger of its Animal Health business with Vets First Choice*
  • ironSource in its deSPAC merger with Thoma Bravo Advantage
  • Lancer Capital in its take-private of Iconix Brand Group, a company that owns, licenses, and markets a portfolio of consumer brands
  • Ligand Pharmaceutical in its tender offer for all the outstanding shares of Pfenex
  • Mister Car Wash in its acquisition of Clean Streak Ventures LLC, a portfolio company of MKH Capital Partners
  • Ribbon Communications in the sale of its Kandy Communications business to American Virtual Cloud Technologies
  • Sony Pictures Entertainment in its acquisition of the Crunchyroll business unit from AT&T
  • Syneos Health in its acquisition of Synteract
