Latham & Watkins Advises Monogram Capital Partners on Continuation Fund Transaction to Reacquire Western Smokehouse

Members of the firm’s Investment Funds and M&A Practices represented the consumer-focused private equity firm in the transaction. 

Monogram Capital Partners, a leading consumer-focused private equity firm, announced its reacquisition of Western Smokehouse Partners, the leading contract manufacturer of premium, better-for-you meat sticks. Monogram funded the transaction through investment vehicles, including a continuation vehicle, managed by the firm. Committed Advisors, an independent secondaries-focused private equity manager with US$7 billion of AUM, was the lead investor in Monogram's continuation vehicle with participation from long-standing partner RCP Advisors and other leading institutional partners.
