Matthew J. Chase, global head of the firm’s Investment Funds Practice, advises both established and emerging sponsors and asset managers on the formation, management, and operation of private investment funds.

Drawing on his 20 years of investment funds experience, Matt supports clients throughout the entire life cycle of a fund. He regularly represents sponsors in the formation and structuring of US and global private investment vehicles across asset classes and industries, including buyout funds, growth equity funds, credit funds, energy and infrastructure funds, venture capital funds, and co-investment funds.

Matt is a frequent speaker and author on key issues concerning the investment funds space, including for leading industry conferences and publications. Matt also serves as a voting member of the New York City Bar’s Private Investment Funds Committee.
