Latham & Watkins Advises ERA Partners in Continuation Fund Transaction for American Aviation Holdings

ERA Partners LLC announced the final close of a US$485 million continuation vehicle to support its aerial wildland firefighting and heavy lift company within its American Aviation Holdings investment platform. The continuation vehicle, ERA Blade Continuation Fund LP, was oversubscribed and secured commitments from both new and existing institutional infrastructure and real assets investors, as well as specialist secondary investors. StepStone Infrastructure and Real Assets acted as the lead investor in the transaction.

Latham & Watkins LLP served as both fund and deal counsel to ERA in the transaction with a multidisciplinary corporate deal team led by investment funds partners Barton Clark and Matthew Wynne, with associates Jason Xi, Jon Berger, Chandler Johnson, and Josh Cape, and M&A counsel Jennifer Wong, with associate Lachlan Seivert.
