Ms. Cary leverages her experience representing policyholder clients across a broad range of industries, including software and technology, oil and gas, and renewable energy. She guides private equity funds and strategic acquirors on:

  • Representations and warranty policies (and their overseas counterparts, warranty and indemnity policies), tax policies, contingent-risk policies, and other bespoke insurance solutions, both in the context of transactions and with respect to claims and recovery
  • Negotiating favorable policy language and insurance products for a variety of potential risks
  • Insurance solutions for private equity secondary transactions
  • Insurance-related aspects of corporate and tax equity transactions

She also guides claim processes on behalf of policyholders in claims process on such transactional risk insurance products.
