Latham & Watkins Advises Prime Electric and WestView Capital Partners in Investment by Truelink Capital

WestView Capital Partners, a Boston-based growth equity firm, announced that Truelink Capital will make a significant investment in Prime Electric, a provider of small, medium, and large-scale repair, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems. Prime's management team, led by CEO Bob Ledford and Chairman Eric Reichanadter, will continue to lead the business and, together with WestView Capital, will retain a significant ownership stake in the company.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Prime Electric and WestView Capital Partners in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Boston partners Hans Brigham and Laki Triantafylidis, with associates Jennifer Boyd, Cherrie Wang, and Ai Ni Lim.
