Latham & Watkins Advises Partners Group as Lead Investor in Vistria’s US$675 Million Multi-Asset Continuation Vehicle
Latham & Watkins represented Partners Group, acting on behalf of its clients, as lead investor in The Vistria Group’s close of its multi‑asset continuation vehicle with approximately US$675 million in total commitments. Partners Group is one of the largest firms in the global private markets industry, with over US$185 billion in assets under management and around 2,000 professionals globally.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised Partners Group in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by New York Investment Funds partner Oliver Prakash‑Jenkins, New York Private Equity and M&A partners Jane Greyf and Philip Wolf, and counsel Jennifer Wong, with associates Nick McCoy, Mapi Villanueva,* Jon Berger, and Luisa Gomez Yokubaitis.
