Dr. Felicitas Mayer-Theobald is an associate in the Tax Department in the Munich office. She specializes in international and transactional tax law, focuses on M&A and private equity transactions, and advises private equity funds comprehensively on tax and structural aspects.

Dr. Mayer-Theobald has qualified as a certified tax advisor (Steuerberaterin) and as a specialist tax lawyer (Fachanwältin für Steuerrecht).
