Ms. Mayer-Theobald leverages her experience as a certified tax advisor (Steuerberaterin) and as a specialist tax lawyer (Fachanwältin für Steuerrecht) to advise private fund sponsors and institutional investors on a full range of tax matters, including complex post-transactional tax audits.
