Carla Palma is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department. Prior to working in the New York office, Carla was an associate in the Washington, D.C. office.
Carla represents public and private companies and investment funds in US and international antitrust reviews of mergers and acquisitions, government investigations into allegedly anticompetitive conduct, and antitrust litigation across a wide range of industries, including technology, sports, media, and entertainment, retail and consumer goods, energy, healthcare, and financial services.
Carla has previously served on the firm’s Pro Bono Committee and maintains an active domestic violence pro bono practice.
Carla received her JD from Georgetown University Law Center, graduating magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. She served as executive editor of the Georgetown Law Journal’s Annual Review of Criminal Procedure.
Carla attended the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, graduating summa cum laude.
