Bowman Consulting Group Ltd. (Nasdaq: BWMN), a national engineering services and program management firm, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Bernhard Capital Partners, an infrastructure and services-focused private equity firm. The all-cash, US$43.00 per share transaction represents an enterprise value of approximately US$1 billion.
