Teri Teng is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins’ Hong Kong office.

Teri’s practice focuses on advising issuers and underwriters on a comprehensive range of equity and debt capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), investment-grade and high-yield notes offerings, and liability management. She has represented companies across a broad array of industries, including technology, financial services, consumer products, automotive, and energy sectors. Her practice also spans a diverse range of geographies, including Asia, North America, and the EMEA region.

Before joining Latham, Teri worked at the Hong Kong and London offices of another leading international law firm.

  • The underwriters, in connection with the approximately £380 million initial public offering and London premium listing of Baltic Classifieds Group (BCG), a leading online classifieds company in the Baltics*
  • Health and Happiness (H&H), a global health and nutrition company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, in connection with its US$200 million high-yield notes offering, and its concurrent tender and exchange offers and consent solicitation*
  • True Potential, a fully integrated technology-led wealth management firm in the United Kingdom, in connection with its £400 million and €360 million 144A / Reg S high-yield notes offering, which constituted the debt financing for its acquisition by leading international private equity firm Cinven*
  • The joint global coordinators and underwriters in connection with the aggregate amount of US$1 billion Rule 144A / Reg S high-yield notes offering by IHS, one of the largest telecommunication infrastructure providers in Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East*
  • The initial purchasers in connection with the £345 million Rule 144A / Reg S high-yield notes offering by RAC, the largest roadside assistance provider in the United Kingdom and a CVC portfolio company*
  • The arrangers and managers in connection with the annual update of the £40 billion Euro Medium Term Note Program of Municipality Finance (MuniFin), one of the largest credit institutions in Finland, and its subsequent 144A / Reg S drawdowns*
  • Africa Finance Corporation (AFC), a pan-African multilateral development financial institution, in connection with its US$5 billion Global Medium Term Note Program update and its subsequent drawdown*
