Yoseph Choi represents issuers, underwriters and investors on complex, high-profile equity and debt offerings, and advises U.S. public companies and boards of directors on corporate governance and securities law matters.

For over 20 years, Yoseph has guided companies in a variety of industries, investment banks, and other market participants on a broad array of public and private cross-border capital markets transactions, M&A transactions and ongoing representation, including:

Prior to joining the firm as counsel in 2020, Yoseph was an associate at major U.S. and German law firms. Yoseph is fluent in German, having spent over 18 years practicing in Germany.
