Mr. Nassoy is involved in Latham’s participation with Club ESSEC Droit, an alumni association focused on ESSEC business school graduates who are lawyers, whether in private practice or in-house. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, including advising Live for Good, a French nonprofit focused on social entrepreneurship and accelerating positive innovation.

  • Astorg on acquiring Solina, a leading European manufacturer of ingredient and seasoning blends for the food industry, from Ardian
  • Bridgepoint on acquiring CEP, a leading European protection insurance broker
  • KKR and the founders of Webhelp, one of the world’s leading providers of customer experience and business process outsourcing (BPO) in the €2.4 billion sale of the company to Groupe Bruxelles Lambert and the reinvestment of the founders and the management in the newly created structure alongside Groupe Bruxelles Lambert

Mergers and Acquisitions

  • ZEPLUG, a leading European provider of electric vehicle charging services in multi-occupant and office buildings, on its €240 million fundraising and acquisition of Bornes Solutions
  • Vivalto Santé, the third leading group of private hospitals in France, in its acquisition by Vivalto Partners alongside a consortium of minority shareholders

Venture Capital

  • Lead investor a16z (Andreessen Horowitz) on the €385 million Series A financing round of Mistral AI, a French startup specializing in generative artificial intelligence
  • Tencent on its minority investment in Voodoo, the world leader in hyper-casual games
  • Unicorn investor Dragoneer on the US$355 million fundraising for ManoMano, France’s largest independent e-commerce site
  • Tencent in its minority investment in Alma, completed as part of the company’s €115 million Series C round
