Virginie Terzic represents clients in sophisticated financing matters, with a particular emphasis on private equity and leverage finance, refinancing, debt restructuring, and debt capital market transactions.

Virginie draws on extensive transactional experience, keen analytical skills, and a proactive approach to advise sponsors, borrowers, and creditors across a large range of financing products, including:

  • Large-cap syndicated financing
  • Bank/bond deals
  • High yield / SSRCF financing
  • Direct lending financing

She is a member of the firm’s Paris Recruiting Committee and previously served on the Paris Pro Bono Committee.

Before joining Latham, she practiced at another international law firm.
