Vasi Mitrakos

Vasiliki (Vasi) Mitrakos is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins in the Real Estate Practice.

Vasi represents real estate investors, private equity funds, hospitality operators, joint ventures, and borrowers with regards to real estate transactions, including single property and portfolio acquisitions, dispositions, joint-venture agreements, and finance.

Vasi maintains an active pro bono practice, representing a variety of non-profit organizations with their real estate related needs.

Prior to law school, she spent a year abroad in Athens, Greece as a Fulbright Scholar. Vasi stays active in the Chicagoland community, serving as a mentor for the Goldie Initiative in support of women in real estate, and is an active member of the Hellenic Bar Association.
