Lambda, Inc. (Lambda), the Superintelligence Cloud, has announced the closing of its US$926 million senior secured term loan B facility, first priced on August 12, 2026, to fund the purchase and deployment of GPU infrastructure supporting a committed customer deployment with an investment-grade offtaker.

Latham & Watkins LLP advised Morgan Stanley and the arrangers in the financing with a team led by partners Chirag Dedania, Josh Holt, and Robert Katz, and counsels Josh Chao and Juan Carlos Olivares, with associates Amanda Mitchell and Kayla Matthews.
