Josh Holt represents lenders in a wide range of commercial financial transactions.
Josh draws on a sophisticated understanding of the market and deep industry relationships to advise banks, commercial finance companies, business development companies, private credit funds, and other financial institutions on structuring, negotiating, and documenting:
Secured and unsecured credit facilities
Leveraged acquisition financings
Working capital financings
Private placements
Cross-border financings
Lending to the artificial intelligence sector and adjacent industries
Josh previously served as Regional Department Chair of the firm’s Finance Department in California.
Outside the firm, he serves as a board member for a nonprofit that provides educational opportunties to local youth.
