Toni Adejuyigbe is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins’ London office and a member of the firm’s Africa Practice.

He advises clients on a full spectrum of transactions, from private equity and venture capital financings to mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate matters. 

Toni is a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee and previously served as a local leader of Latham’s Black Lawyers Group in London.

    • US$2 billion Series C funding round. The transaction, which values Nscale at US$14.6 billion, represents the largest-ever funding round in Europe 
    • Acquisition of American Intelligence & Power Corporation from Fidelis New Energy and 8090 Industries. The acquisition secures Nscale’s ownership of the Monarch Compute Campus in West Virginia
  • Wayve, the leader in embodied AI for autonomous driving, on its US$1.2 billion Series D investment round

    • Acquisition of 160over90, a division of WME Group and premier global sports and culture-first marketing agency

  • Helios Sports and Entertainment Group on its partnership with the International Finance Corporation and Proparco (a subsidiary of the French Development Agency) to drive the expansion of sports and entertainment in Africa.

    • Its investment in the €7.4 million series seed funding round of Uplift360, an advanced materials startup transforming how aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors recover and reuse high-value composite waste
    • The €15 million Series A funding round of Kelluu, a Finnish deep tech company operating the world’s largest autonomous airship fleet
    • Its €30 million Series A investment into Tytan, a Germany-based developer of AI-powered, cost-effective counter-drone solutions
