Latham Advises on Kreios Space’s €8 Million Seed Round

Financing marks the largest-ever European round in Very Low Earth Orbit technology.
Latham & Watkins has advised the NATO Innovation Fund and JOIN Capital on the €8 million seed funding round of Kreios Space, a Spanish startup which develops satellites designed for Very Low Earth Orbit (VLEO).
The new funding will finance the company’s opening duo of test satellites, including the world’s first in-orbit demonstration of an ABEP engine.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with London associate Toni Adejuyigbe.
