Timo Hager is an associate in the Litigation & Trial Department in the Frankfurt office of Latham & Watkins.

Timo advises national and international clients on questions relating to data privacy, artificial intelligence, and other aspects of EU digital law. He represents clients in data protection litigation and supervisory proceedings, and provides guidance on compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks, including those governing artificial intelligence and European data law. His work also includes advising on data protection aspects of corporate transactions.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, he worked in the Litigation & Trial Department at Latham in Frankfurt, first as a research assistant and later as a trainee.
