Tim Schubert is an associate in the Orange County office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department, where he represents both public and private companies across a variety of corporate matters, with an emphasis on strategic mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.
Tim received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law. During his time at Fordham, he served as an associate editor for the Fordham Law Review and received the Archibald R. Murray Award for public service.
Before law school, Tim worked as a performing arts educator and has experience in the entertainment and music industry.
