Tarsus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: TARS) (Tarsus or the Company) has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement, dated July 31, 2026, to acquire Alkeus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Alkeus), a privately held retinal disease‑focused biotechnology company developing gildeuretinol (ALK‑001), an investigational once‑daily oral therapy for Stargardt disease.
