Latham & Watkins Advises Celestial AI in Acquisition by Marvell Technology

Marvell Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: MRVL), a leader in data infrastructure semiconductor solutions, has announced two strategic acquisitions that represent a transformational milestone in accelerating the company’s connectivity strategy for next-generation AI and cloud data centers. Marvell has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Celestial AI, a pioneer of a disruptive Photonic Fabric technology platform purpose-built for scale-up optical interconnect. In addition, Marvell has agreed to acquire XConn Technologies (XConn), a provider of advanced PCIe and CXL switching silicon.
