Stewart Lai is an associate in the Hong Kong office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department. 

Stewart focuses on a variety of corporate and commercial transactions, including capital markets in particular, initial public offerings, M&A, privatizations, and general compliance matters of Hong Kong-listed companies.

Prior to joining Latham, Stewart worked in the Hong Kong office of a leading international law firm.
