    Dr. Sophie Thieme is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins’ Frankfurt office.

    Sophie advises financial sponsors and corporate clients on complex private equity and M&A transactions across Europe and internationally, including minority investments, co-investments, and management incentive arrangements.

    Prior to joining Latham as an associate, Sophie worked in the Frankfurt office of another global law firm.
