Dr. Sönke Bock is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins’ Frankfurt office. He advises companies and financial investors primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate law matters.

Sönke studied law and economics at the University of Bayreuth. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, he worked as a law clerk in Latham’s Corporate Department in Frankfurt and New York. While pursuing his doctorate, he gained experience working in the Frankfurt office of another US law firm.
