Sidney Marie Chin

Sidney Chin is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department. She advises clients on a variety of transactions including, mergers and acquisitions, international capital markets, and general corporate matters.

Prior to qualification, Sidney trained in the firm’s London office, gaining experience in leveraged finance, equity capital markets, data technology and transactions, and restructuring matters.
