Latham Advises Moneybox on Employee Share Sale
Latham & Watkins has advised Moneybox, the award-winning wealth management platform, on a fixed-price sale of shares held by long-serving employees. The transaction values Moneybox at £800 million (approximately US$1.1 billion) — an increase of around 45% since its 2024 secondary transaction. The transaction will take place on Wednesday, July 22 and is being facilitated through the London Stock Exchange’s Private Securities Market using the PISCES (Private Intermittent Securities and Capital Exchange System) framework.
This transaction is the second sale of employee equity on PISCES, following in quick succession from the Wayve PISCES secondary, which Latham also advised on. Latham previously advised Moneybox on its Series C and Series D funding rounds.
The Latham team was led by London partners Jon Fox, Robbie McLaren, and Mark Austin, with counsel Koushik Prasad, and associates Frederick Gardner and Sidney Chin.
