London team represents investor on funding round of UK propulsion and aerospace technology company.
Latham & Watkins has advised NATO Innovation Fund (NIF) on the US$40 million Series A funding round of Greenjets, a UK aerospace technology company developing propulsion systems, aircraft platforms, and launch technologies for the next generation of aviation.
The round was led by Blossom Capital, with participation from NIF, the National Security Strategic Investment Fund (NSSIF), and existing investors including Tanglin Ventures and NSFO Family Office.
The Latham team was led by London partner Shing Lo, with associates Toni Adejuyigbe and Sidney Chin.
