Shira G. Mendelsohn

Shira Mendelsohn is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins, where she was a summer associate prior to joining the firm full-time.

Ms. Mendelsohn earned her JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served on the editorial board of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy & the Law. While in law school, Ms. Mendelsohn worked with Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press through the First Amendment Clinic. She was also an intern at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
