Latham Advises on Savers Value Village's Upsized US$235.75 Million Secondary Public Offering
Savers Value Village, Inc. (NYSE: SVV), the largest for‑profit thrift operator in the United States and Canada for value‑priced pre‑owned clothing, accessories, and household goods, has closed its previously announced public offering of 20,000,000 shares of common stock offered by certain Ares Private Equity and Opportunistic Credit funds and accounts at a price to the public of US$10.25 per share. In connection with the offering, the underwriters exercised in full their option to purchase up to an additional 3,000,000 shares of common stock from the selling stockholders. The offering closed on August 13, 2026.
