Latham & Watkins Advises on eToro’s Upsized US$620 Million IPO
eToro Group Ltd., a trading and investing platform that empowers users to invest, share and learn, has announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 11,923,018 Class A common shares at a public offering price of US$52 per share. The offering consists of 5,961,509 shares of Class A common shares to be sold by eToro and 5,961,509 shares of Class A common stock to be sold by certain existing shareholders. In connection with the offering, eToro has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,788,452 Class A common shares to cover over-allotments. The Class A common shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on May 14, 2025, under the symbol “ETOR.” The closing of the offering is expected to occur on May 15, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
