Samuel S. Vallejo is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins.

Samuel advises issuers, underwriters, and investors across the full spectrum of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on and other equity-linked offerings, investment-grade, high-yield, and convertible debt financings, and private placements. He also counsels public and private companies on disclosure, public reporting, and corporate governance, with a focus on securities law compliance amid evolving market and regulatory trends.

Samuel earned his JD, cum laude, from Harvard Law School and his BS in Biomedical Engineering, summa cum laude, from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Prior to joining the firm, Samuel was a capital markets associate at the New York office of an international law firm.
