Latham & Watkins Advises on Csquare’s US$1.05 Billion IPO
Csquare, Inc. has announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 50,000,000 shares of its common stock at an initial public offering price of US$21 per share. Csquare has granted the underwriters a 30‑day option to purchase up to an additional 7,500,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol CSQR on July 16, 2026. The offering is expected to close on July 17, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
