Sahra Phillips is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Real Estate Practice.

Sahra represents clients in a range of complex commercial real estate transactions, including financings, joint ventures, commercial dispositions and acquisitions, and leasing matters. 

While in law school, Sahra was a part of the Transactional Law Clinics at Harvard Law School, where she advised local small businesses on corporate governance matters, including entity formation, stock issuance, and compliance.
