Sabine Dahi is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins.

Sabine represents public and private companies on a variety of general corporate matters including financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactions.

Sabine maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking asylum and small businesses in corporate matters.

Sabine received her JD from the University of California, College of the Law (formerly UC Hastings), graduating magna cum laude. While there, she served as a member of the Executive Board of the University of California Law Journal, the Executive Board of the Iranian Law Students Association, and a member of the Business Law Society.

In law school, Sabine externed for 23andMe on the Product and Privacy team and was a Student Associate in the Startup Legal Garage Clinic. Before law school, she worked as a Business Immigration Analyst, advising clients on immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters.
