Latham & Watkins Advises Wave Life Sciences on Redomiciliation to Delaware
Wave Life Sciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: WVE), a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on unlocking the broad potential of RNA medicines to transform human health (Wave or Wave Life Sciences), has announced the completion of the redomiciliation process to change the parent company of the Wave group of companies from a Singapore company to a Delaware corporation by way of a scheme of arrangement under Singapore law. The scheme of arrangement received the requisite shareholder approvals and was subsequently approved by order of the High Court of the Republic of Singapore on July 14, 2026. The redomiciliation was completed after the close of trading on August 7, 2026, upon filing of such court order with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore.
