Wendy Li is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Wendy represents public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and strategic investors in a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and the investment, acquisition, and sale of professional sports and entertainment assets.
Wendy received her JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where she served as president of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and vice president of the Entertainment & Sports Law Society.
Prior to joining Latham full-time, Wendy interned with FX Networks in Business and Legal Affairs and was a summer associate in the New York office.
