Rebecca Frumento helps guide leading clients through global competition reviews of their mergers and acquisitions and defends them against antitrust litigation and government investigations. She additionally advises clients on antitrust-related commercial conduct.
Rebecca’s experience spans a wide range of industries, including technology, consumer products, agriculture, media and entertainment, sports, healthcare and life sciences, transportation, industrials, energy, and financial services. She has helped clients analyze their risk, respond to government inquiries, and helped them navigate a complex set of competition frameworks across each jurisdiction they operate.
Rebecca maintains an active pro bono practice, representing asylum seekers in immigration matters.
Rebecca served as the managing editor of the Dispute Resolution Society, and was a competitor on the Fordham Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Team. Additionally, she served as an associate editor of the Fordham International Law Journal and a committee member of Fordham Law Women. Prior to law school, Rebecca worked at HarperCollins Publishers and Phoenix House.
