Leading French competition publication selects two Latham articles as winners at the 2024 Antitrust Writing Awards.

Concurrences, a leading French antitrust publication, honored Latham with two wins at its 2024 Antitrust Writing Awards, which celebrate "articles whose writing, scholarship, originality, and practical relevance make a significant contribution to competition advocacy." The winners were announced at the Concurrences ceremony on April 9, 2024, in Washington, D.C. The pieces were chosen from a competitive field of more than 1,200 submissions from around the globe.

The articles were recognized in the categories of Business Articles — General Antitrust and Business Articles — Private Enforcement.

The two winning articles include:
