Raoul-Darius Veit is an associate in the Hamburg office of Latham & Watkins. He practices in the Litigation & Trial Department and is a member of the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation and International Arbitration practices.
Raoul advises and represents clients in litigation proceedings before German courts as well as in national and international arbitration. In addition, he advises and represents German and foreign companies as well as individuals in all areas of national and international dispute resolution.
Prior to joining Latham, he worked as an associate in the corporate and M&A department of a German law firm. Before that, he worked at renowned international law firms in the areas of commercial litigation and competition law. During his traineeship, he gained experience in the field of Single Market and Industrial Policy at the European Commission in Brussels.
Raoul is the (co-)author of several publications, with a primary focus on data protection law.
