Phoebe Richardson specializes in UK and international equity capital markets transactions. She advises companies across a broad range of sectors, in particular investment banks and investors (including private equity sponsors) on initial public offerings, secondary equity capital raisings, and other global corporate transactions, including cross-border M&A, venture capital, and general corporate governance advice.

Ms. Richardson also maintains an active pro bono practice, including coordinating the firm’s relationship with Not Beyond Redemption (a charity providing legal assistance to women in prison) and participating in the Domestic Abuse Response Alliance (representing individuals seeking orders of protection in domestic violence cases in the London family courts).

In addition to her legal practice, she serves as a Global Leader of the firm’s Women Lawyers Group.
